Description of problem:
I have upgraded to  glibc-2.2.3-10.alpha.rpm  and
glibc-common-2.2.3-10.alpha.rpm .
Now I cannot compile any C program, I obtain the following error :
/lib/libc.so.6.1: undefined reference to `atexit'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status    
any idea

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gcc -o myprog myprog.c

Actual Results:  no compile

Expected Results:  compile

You need to upgrade glibc-devel as well.
There is a Conflict in the spec file for this, unfortunately it was off by
a few lines and thus only applies to ia64, s390x and sparc64.
