Description of problem:
The createDB.SQL script that is referenced in rsyslog.conf doesn't appear to be
available.  This script is used to build the database schema for mysql logging
support.

$ rpm -ql -p rsyslog-mysql-1.19.11-3.fc7.x86_64.rpm
