Description of problem: The character U+09FA was not included in any of the Assamese keyboard layouts. I have incorporated in both the keyboard layouts. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open gedit. 2. Try to type the character 09FA. 3. There is no way to type this character. Actual results: No key assigned to this character. Expected results: There should be a key assigned to this. Additional info: I am attaching the patched mim files.

the version of m17n-contrib installed on my machine is 1.1.3, release 3.fc8.
aphukan, Any reason you renamed bug summary to same original summary you submitted, removing language tag [as_IN] that aalam added for you?
parag, no i didn't remove it... by mistake i refreshed the page and it showed a mid air collision. i just submitted "anyway" and therefore this problem.. i have re written the tag.

That is a real bad practice of not even looking what bugzilla says. Really bad to see even after you saw mid air collision you submitted your comment. I prefer to see language tag at start of Bug summary. Changing bug summary now.

Can you please give key stroke for those character (for which these changes made) for each layout so that I can test? Ctrl-X =ঁ (inscript) | = ৺ (Phonetic) both are not seems same
