Description of problem:
Although mkswap has recently been -L option to create a label nothing appears to
have been change to swapon to display said labels.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
util-linux-ng-2.13-3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. swapon -vs
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
No labels shown

Expected results:
Should display swap labels as created with "mkswap -L"
