Description of problem:
Some parts of rsyslog documentation are not exact in both showing not-working
features and wrongly describing working features.

*man page - signals
    SIGINT/SIGQUIT are not ignored in debug mode
    typo, should be $ActionExecOnlyWhenPreviousIsSuspended
      confused with $EscapeControlCharactersOnReceive? - not mentioned in docs
     no expected behaviour given
     note in docs that it does not work
     some help page, probably in /usr/share/docs/... with short howto

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".
