LWP::MediaTypes reads MIME type mappings from a bundled media.types file, which
is just an outdated copy of /etc/mime.types.  The attached patch switches to
/etc/mime.types.

There are a few nonessential types in media.types that are not in mime.types,
request to merge those in to mailcap is in bug 432290 but I think it's fine to
switch here already now.
