Description of problem:
In the Nodoka Metacity theme the window title and button foreground color is
always white, regardless of the highlighted element foreground color setting.
This results in unreadable window title with light highlight colors

Moved to upstream. I added you to cc, hope you don't mind. It is known problem,
I hope to adress it before 0.4 release.
