Description of problem:
When creating a Software RAID partition, system-config-kickstart requires that a disk be specified, but 
doesn't check the option by default.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL 5.1

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.system-config-kickstart
2.Partition Information
3.RAID
4.Create a software RAID partition.
  
Actual results:
"Make partition on specific drive (disk)" is not checked by default, but should be.

Expected results:
When creating a software RAID partition (or anything that requires specification of a particular disk) 
check the box by default.
