Description of problem:
Starting gnome-settings-daemon results in a fault. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-settings-daemon-2.21.91-3.fc9.i386

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start gnome-settings-daemon and watch it to die.

Actual results:
Fault

Expected results:
No fault, proper fonts for gnome and gtk.

Additional info:
gnome-settings-daemon is started in a non gnome environment (icewm).

Please gather a new backtrace with the debuginfo for
/usr/lib/libgnome-desktop-2.so.2 installed.
