Only seen once on intel-s6e5231-01.rhts.boston.redhat.com (IA64)

Based on the bootup log, there is actually no disk partition been found
during the boot, therefore, thre was no volgroup to export and for
filesystem to mount on. Hence the final error message, 
"Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block".

Please double check the connection of the cable or the presents of the disk;
and make sure that the install/formating of the disk is successful.
