I found your email address on top of the RHEL manual [1].

In the quota chapter, the fstab example at 7.1.1 [2] is on one single
line. It should be as follow:

/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /sys sysfs defaults 0 0
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol02 /home ext3 defaults,usrquota,grpquota 1 2
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01 swap swap defaults 0 0
. . .

Fixed in 5.3
I removed the <computeroutput> from within the <screen> in Disk_Quotas.xml
This was causing the linebreaks not to be displayed.
