Description of problem:

Anaconda requires the directory /mnt/runtime/usr/sbin to be created when doing
an install to another directory on a rhel 5.1 system.  Commandline

/usr/sbin/anaconda --method

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL 5.1 with anaconda and deps
2. Run the command line above or similar to do a local install
3. Crash
Actual results:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/sbin/anaconda", line 702, in ?
    for i in os.listdir("/mnt/runtime/usr/sbin"):
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/mnt/runtime/usr/sbin'

mkdir -p /mnt/runtime/usr/sbin/

resolves the issue and the install continues on as it should.

This should be fixed in the next major release of RHEL.  If you require this fix
in an update release of RHEL5, please talk to your support representative who
will raise it through the appropriate channels.  Thanks for the bug report.
