every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.kill udevd
2.execute /etc/init.d/udev-post start or service udev-posts start
  
Actual results:
udevd is not running

Expected results:
udevd to be running again
 
Additional info:

This has been tested against kernel2.6.23.15-137  2.6.24.3-34. and  2.6.24.4-64

udev post does not start the daemon at all
