Description of problem:

Either traditional or simplified. It's just not in the list. The fonts
listed as mandatory & default in our chinese comps grouping are installed.

I see Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (China) and Chinese (Hong Kong) at the very
bottom of the list.

Bill mentioned this bug on IRC and I fixed it shortly after.  You're probably
seeing the items in the fixed version.
