I did an nfs install, default package set minus the office/productivity bits. when it booted into firstboot, all looked fine, until I enabled ntp. The window that opened appeared borderless in the top left corner. Likewise, the smolt 'are you sure' confirmation pops up borderless.
I'm unable to reproduce this here. Are you still seeing it?
