Description of problem:
sosreport plugin for s390 from cvs is not included in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 version of sos.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install sos on s390/s390x arch.
2. run sosreport
arch specific info is not gathered.
s390/s390x arch specific info is gathered by sos plugin from upstream.
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update

This plugin is tested and verified to work with the attached patch added to policyredhat.py
