Description of problem:
system-config-services will hang after restart xinetd service and return a error
 message.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-services-0.9.4-1.el5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open system-config-services window.
2. Disselect a service on page "On Demand Services".
3. Click the restart button on page "Background Services"
  
Actual results:
xinetd (pid 6813) is running...
