Description Ivan Quirino 2008-05-17 01:09:36 UTC
Description of problem:

Rhythmbox does not fetch and display album art.
I've installed Fedora 9 on a formatted partition and installed the codecs from
the livna repository. I've imported my music folder to rhythmbox and all's right
at this point. My music library is on a ntfs partition with write support
(ntfs3g fuse). When I play music (like Abbey Road album from Beatles), the
little foot animation fast appears in the album's art place, but after minutes,
the image still does not appear. My songs have correct ID3 tag.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.11.5

How reproducible:
Importing your files to rhythmbox and playing music with album art plugin enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import your music folders to rhythmbox
2. Play some files
3. Veriry if album art appears

Actual results:
Rhythmbox Album's art ins't displayed.

Expected results:
Rhythmbox should fetch and display album art.

Additional info:
Rhythmbox gives me this when started from command line:

Gtk-Message: (for origin information, set GTK_DEBUG): failed to retrieve
property `GtkTreeView::odd-row-color' of type `GdkColor' from rc file value
"((GString*) 0x8915f60)" of type `GString'

What's the exact version of rhythmbox you're using? (ie. the output of rpm -q
rhythmbox)

Comment 2 Ivan Quirino 2008-05-23 14:01:03 UTC
rhythmbox-0.11.5-9.fc9.i386

Comment 3 Bastien Nocera 2008-05-23 14:06:21 UTC
Already fixed in rhythmbox-0.11.5-10, a newer version is in the updates-testing,
and should be in the updates proper soon.
