Description of problem:
When padsp is used with On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode 1
http://download.playgreenhouse.com/rainslickep1_linux_r2.tgz) which uses the
fmod audio processing library, the sound comes out chopped, as though there was
a buffer underrun.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. padsp ./RainSlickEp1
Runs fine with pasuspender
padsp does some black magic to work. Sometimes it does work, sometimes it
doesn't. We don't really support this tool. If you want some third-party
software to work with it, then I fear you have to fix this yourself.
OSS emulation is impossible to do perfectly. padsp works better than any other
tool that tried it before, but still it's not perfect. But that's where the
story ends. I won't spend my time on fixing compat with legacy applications
which use legacy audio interfaces.
