steps to reproduce the bug:
- in gmail client, TO: issuetracker-helpdesk or any other I-T aliases
- write up some test data in the email body using gmail rich text format
- upload a file
- Send

On Issue-Tracker, expect to see the attachment extracted properly but the email
body missing
