1. login as root

connection to redhat network to get updates.

I am stucked to update my server.

this usually means that you have used up all your channel subscriptions. Either you need to login to your 
server account and free up some systems subscribed to RHEL-4 or you need to get more entitlements by 
contacting a Red Hat Network sales associate.
