Description of problem:
when trying to compile google-gadgets-for-linux files that should be provided in
the js-devel rpm are not found.  Missing jskeyword.tbl and jsproto.tbl

I've fixed the package in rawhide.  I pinged caillon about this and he didn't
see any problem with it.  We should probably update F9 also.

js-1.70-3.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9
