The default ftp client for KDE is kftpgrabber, you can install kasablanca as a
seperate app but is not an official KDE app.

Fwiw, kasablanca is in the Graphical Internet group (which wasn't clear in the
initial report).  Adding multiple/competing apps of the same type into "KDE
Desktop" isn't ideal (as pointed out in comment #1)
