Description Jeff Needle 2008-06-12 14:58:10 UTC
# service qpidd start
Starting Qpid AMQP daemon: /etc/init.d/qpidd: Usage: daemon [+/-nicelevel] {program}

Comment 1 Jeff Needle 2008-06-12 15:01:36 UTC
Sorry, this is happening on a RHEL4 system.

Comment 2 Ted Ross 2008-06-12 15:53:15 UTC
The calls to 'daemon' and 'killproc' helpers used in the init script contained
rhel5-specific options. I removed them and it appears to work correctly.

Comment 3 Jeff Needle 2008-06-13 11:29:18 UTC
Verified that this is fixed in qpidc-0.2.667253
