no flags Details

Description Thomas DuBuisson 2008-06-15 19:35:02 UTC
Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Consistent

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Buy a Lenovo T61p (core2 duo,intel x3100 graphics)
1) Have a fresh install of F9 x86_64
2) Install Nexuiz via system->administration-> add/remove software
3) Try to run Nexuiz

Actual results:
Program doesn't start (running from console yields some debug info - tell me if
you want it ran with an option)

Expected results:
When running "nexuiz-sdl-wrapper" the attached log results. When running -glx,
a black screen with a cursor is provided and there is no way out (ctrl-c, esc,
tty 1-6 all don't work).

Thanks for the bug report. We have reviewed the information you have provided
above, and there is some additional information we require that will be helpful
in our diagnosis of this issue.

Please attach your X server config file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf) and X server log
file (/var/log/Xorg.*.log) to the bug report as individual uncompressed file
attachments using the bugzilla file attachment link below.

Could you please also try to run without any /etc/X11/xorg.conf whatsoever and
let X11 autodetect your display and video card? Attach to this bug
/var/log/Xorg.0.log from this attempt as well, please.

We will review this issue again once you've had a chance to attach this information.

Thanks in advance.

Reporter, could you please reply to the previous question? If you won't reply in
one month, I will have to close this bug as INSUFFICIENT_DATA. Thank you.

Comment 5 Thomas DuBuisson 2008-07-19 20:17:45 UTC
Due to other bugs the system / setup in question no longer runs Fedora 9, as
such I can not provide the data. For now I have taken the liberty of closing it
INSUFFICIENT_DATA.

Sorry for the silence.
