Description of problem:
After the latest yum-utils upgrade is failing
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install or upgrade to yum-utils-1.1.14-4.fc8
2. run repotrack command e.g.: repotrack -r updates yum

NameError: global name 'self' is not defined
Should download latest yum and dependencies.
Tried this with different repos, some remote (through a proxy normally) and some
local. With or without the proxy made no difference. Local or remote the same.

yum-utils-1.1.15-1.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9
yum-utils-1.1.15-1.fc8 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 8
yum-utils-1.1.15-1.fc8 has been pushed to the Fedora 8 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
