--------OEM certification of NEC server(s)-------------

 Servers: NEC Express5800 1320Xf/System64 ES
 Servers: NEC Express5800 1080Rf/System64 MS

 On above the certification(s), NEC will agree to the following terms:

 - NEC have the sufficient checks in place to ensure that PSI will not
 modify the system and its CTO in anyway that would require
 recertification (e.g. adding hardware) or alter in such a way to regress
 the certification   (e.g. removing necessary hardware).
 - NEC is taking responsibility for any representative hardware and
 support issues that RH may raise in regards to these system.
