Gatekeeper needs to be set up to have multiple lists when sending alert emails. There should one for always, only on errors and only on warnings. This way some people might only want to know when GK get's an error and therefore get's notified of such. We may want a SLA Breach list as well.

Currently GK sends all alerts to support-gatekeeper list and to the product group assignment for the product of the case.

This list should also be set so that it is configurable.
