Description Qian Cai 2008-07-23 06:16:13 UTC
Description of problem:
# ab -t 7200 -n 50000000 -c 500 http://z215.z900.redhat.com/error/noindex.html

On a s390x machine, caused ab Segmentation fault.

With -n 5000000 (reduced a zero), it worked fine. I suspect it had been overflowed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
httpd-2.0.52-38.ent.2
kernel-2.6.9-67.EL

How reproducible:
Always

Comment 1 Joe Orton 2008-07-23 09:05:15 UTC
It's a signed 32-bit integer, yup, that's an overflow.
