1. dtach -n test.sock sleep 10 < /dev/null
dtach: tcgetattr: Inappropriate ioctl for device
I have the same problem with FC8 and RHEL 5 (RackSpace). Updating to 0.8 helped.
I used the info from http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=438335
I have pushed 0.8-1 to rawhide.
Or rather, built it for rawhide. I will backport at a later time.
Since this was filed as a low priority bug, I'm closing this. 0.8-1 is
available in rawhide.
