The makefile should check that the domainname isn't (none).

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".

The fix is incomplete.  One should be able to invoke the makefile by
passing the domain name on the command line without having to first
set the domain name.

E.g. 'make LOCALDOMAIN=foo' should work.

Please add a check to see if LOCALDOMAIN has been set before exiting.
