better behavior

Description of problem:

The showbug page looks a little weird.  This is mostly due to fixed sized input boxes and the like.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open show_bug.cgi


Additional info:

I don't remember the old version taking this much horizontal space.
