Simple patch to fix typo in /usr/share/sectool/tests/vsftpd.py file

Description of problem:

While testing system with sectool i got error like "File /etc/vsftpd.user_list" does not exist! (userlist_file option)" in vsftpd test. Ofc file checked should be /etc/vsftpd/user_list.

[adi@localhost ~]$ rpm -qf /etc/vsftpd/user_list
[adi@localhost ~]$ rpm -ql vsftpd |grep user_list
[adi@localhost ~]$ rpm -q sectool

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run test on vsftpd
