The fedora pages that outline how to create a new bugzilla account reference a FAQ page.  The FAQ is linked to "https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=redhatfaq.html"

Clicking that link results in a Bugzilla error: 

The requested format  does not exist with a content type of html.

That page was not ported and is deprecated. Please have the fedora admin update the link to 

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/docs/en/html/myaccount.html
