I checked the source in kdenetwork SRPM, the correction is not included there.

Created attachment 314526 [details] Patch for KDE bug #168015 The trunk changes apply cleanly to the kdenetwork 4.1.0 source code. I've merged the separate changes into one patch. It fixes the AltGR problem for me.
