Description of problem:

The CDT 5.0.0 Autotools plugin creates a project nature that references the Managed build project nature.  It has a typo so the nature reference is invalid.

eclipse-cdt-5.0.0-4

How reproducible:

Attempt to convert a CVS project to Autotools C/C++ project and failure occurs.
