License: AFAICS it is GPLv3+, but specifying a more restrictive license does not hurt

blocker: libksba-devel should Requires: automake for /usr/share/aclocal

blocker: s/%postun devel/%preun devel/

note: BuildRequires: gawk should not be necessary
