Description of problem:

If I pull the cable from my laptop, when NM shuts down the interface it doesn't run any dispatcher scripts.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-0.7.0-0.7.svn3747.fc8

How reproducible:
Everytime
