Description of problem:
According to GNOME HIG http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/desktop-application-menu.html.en#menu-item-tooltips

menu item tooltips should be phrased as imperative verbs.

gpk-log's tooltip is "Log viewer showing past package management tasks". Something like "View past package management tasks" would be more appropriate.

Steps to Reproduce:
$ less /usr/share/applications/gpk-log.desktop
