Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 466387
get pkg list brings up "packages were installed" dialog
Last modified: 2008-10-10 14:07:40 EDT
Description of problem:
. bring up gpk-application
. select a random package
. goto Selection => Get file list
...now as well as bringing up the "file list" box, it brings up a box about installed packages (which goes awsay on it's own within a minute-ish).
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
% yum lsi '*packagekit*'
PackageKit.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
PackageKit-cron.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
PackageKit-libs.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
PackageKit-udev-helper.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
PackageKit-yum.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
PackageKit-yum-plugin.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
gnome-packagekit.x86_64 0.3.6-2.fc10 installed
Good catch, thanks.

bugfix: set an interaction mode when using GpkClient to get the file list. Fixes rh#466387
They'll be a new 0.3.7 package in rawhide on Monday, or do you want me to patch it for rawhide now?
