Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 467607
Yum should also install yum-utils
Last modified: 2014-01-21 18:06:45 EST
Description of problem:
I noticed that 'yum update' advised me to run yum-complete-transaction in order to complete some unfinished transactions first but yum-complete-transaction was nowhere to be found in my system until I installed yum-utils
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
yum-utils should be installed together with yum, if yum is to inform you to run a tool that doesn't exist otherwise!
yum-utils is in the base group in fedora. If you installed from anaconda yum-utils is already installed.
