Seems to work for me, but you don't state where you are getting your tests. So it is impossible for me to know if the versions I'm using match your ones.

I got the testtool from OOO's cvs server: setup the cvs client first and then checkout the qatesttool project. I just translate the result file *.res to be readable one. I would re-test this for confirmation.
