Description of problem:
When updating selinux-policy-targeted to version 3.5.13-13.fc10, various error messages are returned.

selinux-policy-targeted-3.5.13-13.fc10

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -Fhv selinux-policy-*
  
Actual results:

   2:selinux-policy-targeted########################################### [100%]

Fixed in selinux-policy-targeted-3.5.13-18.fc10 or earlier.
