Description of problem:
In RHEL 5.2 and the RHEL 5.3 beta, the init script of ipmievd is not Insuled.
I think it is very inconvenient.

The ipmievd can be controlled by the chkconfig command. 

Additional info:
The init script of ipmievd has already been installed
in the OpenIPMI package(/usr/share/ipmitool/ipmievd.init.redhat).

I tested with STOP/RUN of system FAN. Then, the ipmievd worked fine.
