- The problem persists using clean xorg.conf file created by system-config-display. - The problem persists deleting xorg.conf and restarting X (xorg.conf attached). - The problem persists in 16 bits and 24 bits of depth. - If not specified, X use 800x600 screen resolution by default. - I do not have this problem in FC8. - If i change the screen resolution (using xrand), in "n" (...3, 4, 5, 6,...) random times, the screen black and the unique solution is restart the system.
