Description of problem:
Execute command #mozilla -remote "openURL(http://www.sina.com.cn,new-tab)" to open a new tab in an already running SeaMonkey process will get following internal error message:
Error:Failed to send command:509 internal error

Execute #mozilla -remote "openURL(http://www.sina.com.cn,new-window)" to open the URL in a new window will not get such error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
seamonkey-1.0.9-0.25.el3 - s390x

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a semonkey process
2. issue #mozilla -remote "openURL(http://www.sina.com.cn,new-tab)" in terminal
3.

Expected results:
It should execute the command and open the URL in a new tab.

Do you test as root user? Don't -- it is not supported. Please confirm me, that you can reproduce this as normal user.

Sorry, don't bother -- this is not likely to be fixed for RHEL3.
