Description of problem:

Rebuilding of ruby-RMagick on dist-f11 hangs [1] while
on dist-f10/9/8 this rebuilds correctly.

The function get_type_metrics() in ruby-RMagick finally calls
InterpretImageProperties() in ImageMagick, which _seems_ to fail 
when type.xml (under %_libdir/ImageMagick-XXXX/config)
contains <include file="type-windows.xml" />
(I once tracked down what functions are called inter ImageMagick,
 however I have already forgotton it...)

Note that F-10/9 ImageMagick type.xml does not contain this (I
have not checked F-8).

As far as I checked configure.ac, changing to
--with-windows-font-dir='' seems to work
