Diff of libtool spec files solving the issue for me

Description of problem:
Directory /usr/include/libltdl is not owned by libtool but should be.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libtool-2.2.6-2

How reproducible:
rpm -qf /usr/include/libltdl

Actual results:
Directory /usr/include/libltdl is not owned but should be by libtool.

Expected results:
Owned directory /usr/include/libltdl by libtool.

Additional info:
Please apply the attached patch or better.
