Description of problem:
The preferences menu (set note colour, fonts, initial note size) is missing on the stickynotes applet.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put stickynotes applet on your panel bar
2. Right-click on the sticknotes icon
3. See no Preferences selection on the menu.
Actual results:
No Preferences selection on the menu

Expected results:
Preferences menu should be available on the menu.

Problem solved.  User error on my part.

I normally keep my gnome panel locked (using gconf-editor) and of course the Preferences menu is not available when it's locked.
