evolution is online after the command

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Issue command 'evolution --offline'  in terminal

Actual results:
evolution is online after the command

Expected results:
Evolution start in offline mode: your connection status is shown by the small icon in the lower left border of the Evolution main window. When you are online, it displays two connected cables. When you go offline, the cables separate.
